Render Agenda
A cloud render farm with its own job manager - billed by the minute.
- Cloud platform
- Job manager
- Usage-based billing

The problem
Rendering 3D scenes takes compute time - often more than a single machine can sensibly provide. Anyone moving that work into the cloud quickly runs into two questions: how do I keep track of running jobs, and how is it billed fairly? Render Agenda is our answer to both.
What we built
Render Agenda is a cloud render farm software with its own job manager, built as a SaaS platform. You upload a 3D scene, submit it, and follow every render job live - from start to finished frame. Billing is by the minute, based on actual usage, with no flat fees for capacity no one needed. The platform comes in two parts: a marketing site that explains performance and pricing, and the web dashboard where the work actually happens.
How we worked
A platform that accepts jobs, drives machines and bills money has a lot of moving parts. To make them work together reliably, we first specified how a job travels through the system: what happens on upload, how a render is monitored, when and how usage is counted. Along that specification, the AI agents built the individual services - job manager, interface, billing - while a person stayed accountable for the architecture and every sign-off. That’s how a multi-part platform came together in a short time, without speed coming at the cost of traceability.
